Services. Fixed-price packages are delivered after payment, scheduled by agreement within [X] business days. Support hour bundles are valid for 12 months from purchase. Managed plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Prices. Prices are in South African Rand. VAT is charged where applicable and shown at checkout.
Refunds. Unused, prepaid services can be refunded on request, less any work already performed. Hardware and software are covered by the manufacturer warranty and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Electronic transactions are also subject to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
